Senior Business Process Consultant, with over ten (10) years’ experience in ServiceNow. Jack Kosoff was most recently the Managing Consultant for Asset Management before joining Linium. Jack has a background in Asset and Configuration Management, IT Service Management, Program/Project Management, and Operations Management, as well as GRC, IT Security, and Infrastructure Management. Specifically, Jack has extensive experience (10+ years) leading ServiceNow Process Development and Implementation programs. Jack’s technical and operational background makes him invaluable to a ServiceNow implementation. Jack joined Linium after spending 6+ years as a consultant at another firm, following an earlier career of over 39 years in various technical and operations management positions for an international imaging company, including managing a program to upgrade their IT Service Management platform to ServiceNow. Jack has focused on implementing ITIL Business Processes to improve the operations of IT departments, helping them conform to ITIL best practices.
