Hi! I am a growing operational leader with a focus in Healthcare operations, innovation, and management. I can thank my years of experience both working and volunteering at UNC Hospitals, along with my years of customer focus experience in the retail environment, for helping me to develop and hone my skills when interacting with customers, fellow employees, and senior management. I am proficient in both the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. I am detail-oriented, innovative, inclusive, and able to effectively multitask in a group or individual setting. I am a team player and love helping others to succeed. I currently work with One Medical as a Patient Operations Team Lead and am working my way up the ladder into senior management. I have my sights set on making a difference in LGBTQ+ care and care for other underserved populations as well! Looking forward to the journey of life and I hope to connect with you along the way :)
