About Jack Lennon

Irish and Australian citizen, with a BSc (Hons) in sports coaching and performance from South-East Technological University, Waterford, where I graduated in 2022 with a 2:1 average. I am a highly ambitious and determined coach who wants to advance in the profession and continue to obtain coaching licenses. Throughout my coaching career, I have grown and gathered a catalogue of experiences and accomplishments, including coaching roles in men's and women's football in the Republic of Ireland as well as men's football in England and the United States. I have shown during my coaching career a competency in the creation of coaching plans to improve and aid in the development of the players under my direction in both first-team and academy age groups. I also have experience in strength and conditioning, performance analysis, and creating fitness plans for athletes to help them meet the physical demands of the elite sport. I also have proficiency in the analysis side of the game, offering players and managers feedback and comments on team and individual performance as well as analysis and feedback on the opposition.
