About Jack Louisdort

I am a Former High School Educator/Coach who's transitioned from teaching to working in College Football as a coach. I am passionate about developing and molding young people through the game of football. I am dedicated to helping our youth become the best version of themselves and help them understand how to win not only in athletics but in life as well. As a high school teacher, I taught Physical Education, Outdoor Education, Wellness, Health, and French to grades 9-10. I tailored my teaching to meet diverse learning styles (Kinetic/Auditory/Visual), creating an environment that encouraged both academic and physical growth. This experience has shaped my coaching philosophy, where I continue to emphasize the holistic development of student-athletes. As a college football coach, I focus on identifying and evaluating prospective student-athletes, building relationships with them and their families during the recruitment process. I manage 12-20 athletes off the field, overseeing their academics and discipline. I assist my players in developing short- and long-term action plans aligned with both the organization’s goals and the individual aspirations of my players. The common thread between my teaching and coaching roles is my dedication to fostering growth. Whether in the classroom or on the field, I strive to inspire, challenge, and support young people in becoming their best selves, both athletically and personally. My goal is to help shape our youth into leaders both on and off the field.
