About Jack Luo

I am a Technology Management professional working in the manufacturing industry, with an education background and experience in Business and System Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Quality Management System (QMS), Operations Management, Leaning Manufacturing, Data Modelling, Customer Support, and Project Management. A majority of my professional career has been in the Quality Assurance roles. However, I have been known for wearing different hats and serving various functions for the organizations. By the end of the day, my principal responsibility is to provide customer satisfaction (for both internal and external customers) by solving their "hurting needs." I am contributing to the organization's success by- Improving processes and systems - Identifying and meeting customer needs - Reducing costs - Assuring a high quality of product and service - Ensure regulatory compliance In addition to my work experience, I strive for lifetime learning. I am continuously improving my knowledge and skills by participating in rigorous educational and training programs. Most importantly, I am constantly applying these skills and knowledge directly to my work environment to improve the company's performance. Such practice also enhances my learning experiences. My philosophy as a Technology Management professional is to have the ability to see an organization holistically while understanding the functions of each service component.
