About Jack Makim Aapi

Jack is currently employed by AAM Investment Group in the Business Development Team sourcing and undertaking due diligence on multi sector agricultural investments Australia wide. Jack was previous employed by CBRE, Brisbane as a Property Valuer within the Valuation & Advisory Services Agribusiness Team. He specialised in rural valuations across a wide range of sub sectors throughout Australia. Previous to his return to Australia he was employed by CBRE, London where he provided Valuation & Advisory Services to national and multi national clients. He specialised in retail assets including shopping centres, out of town retail warehouses and foodstores across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Prior to this, Jack worked as a Property Valuer (Chartered Surveyor) throughout New South Wales and Queensland, Australia. During this time he specialised in both the rural valuation and residential fields and had exposure to commercial and industrial valuations. Jack completed valuations for the purposes of mortgage security, acquisition due diligence, compensation, family law, asset portfolio assessments, market value and realisation purposes. He has also undertaken development appraisals and real estate consultancy for purchase and compulsory acquisition of land. Throughout Jacks time practising as a Property Valuer he achieved registration with both the Queensland and New South Wales Valuers Registration Boards (CPV), Associate membership of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and to practice in the UK, membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
