I am so blessed to be joining ReliaQuest as an incoming Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern, where I will have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals in one of the fastest-growing sectors: cybersecurity. This internship is designed to give me hands-on experience in tech sales while contributing directly to the company's growth and expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Research: I will research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest using my understanding of the cybersecurity industry and ReliaQuest’s GreyMatter platform- Outbound Sales Efforts: I will engage in outreach through inbound lead follow-ups, cold calling, and emails to identify new sales opportunities within a designated geographic market- CRM Management: I will actively track, analyze, and report opportunities through CRM systems, ensuring data is updated in a timely manner to maximize sales efforts- Sales Support: I will expand and nurture my book of business through creative outreach strategies and support the transition of qualified opportunities to senior sales executives for further development- Customer Education: I will communicate the value of ReliaQuest’s cybersecurity solutions to prospects, addressing customer needs and providing information on the benefits and ROI of the platform- Event Coordination: I will assist with pre- and post-event follow-ups to keep prospects engaged, as well as collaborate with channel partners to help drive new business sales- Team Collaboration: I will contribute to a culture of accountability and adaptability, working closely with fellow team members to support ReliaQuest’s mission and sales goals. This internship offers an incredible opportunity to dive into the world of tech sales and gain valuable experience in the dynamic cybersecurity industry, while making an impact on ReliaQuest’s continued global expansion.
