About Jack McDowell

I am the owner, and Senior Investigator, of McDowell Consulting & Detective Services. I possess nearly thirty years of Investigative and Security experience, much of which while in pursuit of Criminal and Civil cases for local attorneys. This experience includes locating, interviewing and developing witnesses, providing documentation of evidence, performing risk and threat assessments, and due diligence and/or background investigations. I have performed undercover infiltration objectives for work sites/corporations, workers compensation fraud investigations, loss prevention, and asset recovery. I have also designed coverage and equipment solutions for covert and direct surveillance operations. As a Security and Protection Operative, I have supervised security and personnel for both large and small events with varying levels of confidentiality and circumstances. I have provided capable and reliable Executive Protection and Transportation for various clients and dignitaries with a commitment to professionalism and discretion. I continue to maintain current familiarity, and certification, of relevant equipment, vehicles and resources, as needed. Throughout my career I have demonstrated the ability to deliver client specific results to a broad spectrum of objectives while accommodating unusual challenges and working requirements. In this, I have developed excellent organizational abilities and possess strong decision-making skills.
