About Jack McVeigh

I graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. I am currently working towards receiving my Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation and license through Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and my Building Science Specialist (BSS) designation through the Building Science Specialist Board of Canada (BSSB). Through being exposed to different aspects of construction while growing up, and from my professional work experience, I am passionate about continuing down this path. Whether it has been residential renovations or major construction projects, my experiences have helped me develop an appreciation for this respected field. I am a hardworking and passionate individual who is aiming to be a part of the next generation of civil engineers that bring positive change and innovation forward while contributing to the collective values of safety, honesty, and integrity that are deeply ingrained in the engineering culture. When not working you can find me on the golf course, hockey rink, travelling, or enjoying time with friends, while always looking for ways to invest in myself and expand my knowledge. I also love giving back to local charity initiatives.
