About Jack Medellin

While leading the DOD and product teams in my current role to revolutionize the aircraft inspection industry is demanding, it is incredibly rewarding to make sure air travel is safe, which was taken for granted until now. I’ve driven initiatives that achieved 150% year-over-year revenue growth, secured contracts with the U.S. Air Force and major commercial airlines, and delivered multimillion-dollar cost reductions.I've been able to drive changes across all sizes of companies through the last 10+ years and have gained experience in everything from corporate strategy to tech innovation to implementing AI-tools to financial management. Whether it’s increasing revenue by 150% YoY, streamlining supply chains for 40% cost savings, or dropping organizational costs by millions per year, measurable results are the big difference maker.I look for complex challenges that cross many functions but believe that the best solution is typically the simplest because the most impactful innovations happen when technical excellence meets real-world need and strong execution. I pride myself on building and leading teams that accomplish these innovations through a commitment to collaboration and humility. If you’re interested in chatting about new technology, exploring how we can work together, or can give me some tips as I start learning how to golf, let’s connect!
