My personal ethos is that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all product and my mission is to make sure everyone fits. I have a successful proven history in team leadership, client relations, and an HBA from the University of Ottawa, I bring a people-first mentality to everything I do. I’m passionate about creating genuine relationships, understanding our members' needs, and guiding them toward services that will have a lasting impact on their well-being. My role goes beyond traditional sales- I’m spearheading the acquisition of new leads and members, building systems that align with Altea’s inclusive, community-driven mission. I thrive on the challenge of scaling our reach while preserving the integrity and warmth of our brand. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a sharp eye for KPIs, cultivated high-performing teams, and maintained a deep-rooted passion for both fitness and personal development. What drives me is seeing people step into a healthier version of themselves- and knowing I helped make that connection possible. Whether it’s leading a sales strategy, mentoring team members, or engaging with a potential client for the first time, I bring energy, empathy, and ambition to the table.
