Hi! Jack Monahan here, and there is one value I strive for above all in the workplace. Communication. When things are running smoothly at work or at home, effective communication is involved. Communicating helps everyone remain on the same page, allows everyone to feel included, and prevents a lot of unnecessary problems. That being said, integrity, a hard work ethic, and a diligent attitude are other key values I bring to the workplace. I love helping people, and making sure they get the care they deserve. Currently, I am with the company Trader Joes. Over the past two years I’ve spent working in customer service, I have developed the knowledge of how to really improve an environment through good customer service I’ve developed great relationships with many individuals, helping customers and co-workers alike find guidance. I’ve trained numerous employees quickly and efficiently bringing them up to speed, fully equipped with the tools to succeed. I've managed different crews of employees when management needed assistance, boosting employee morale.
