Graduated from Griffith University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Business majoring in HRM. Currently employed at Zweck Group as a People and Culture Coordinator. Prior to university, I completed 3 years of a carpentry apprenticeship. I possess a variety of skills and qualities including, but not limited to: • Stong communication skills (verbal and written) • Interpersonal skills (these were developed through my years working in the construction industry where I worked/dealt with a range of people from various age groups and backgrounds • High level of emotional intelligence • Time management skills • Recruitment • Documentation and compliance • Team work and collaboration • Advanced computer skills • Ability to pick up and navigate new systems • Leadership skills • Positive energy and attitude • Life experience (again, my apprenticeship was fundamental to establishing this quality) Through working at Zweck Group I have sharpened all the above skills and qualities, as well as learning the fundamental processes and procedures of Human Resources in a large company. Although I am young in my career I believe I am a valuable team member who has a lot to offer. I am always eager to learn and will ask questions to widen my knowledge base.
