About Jack Morper

Board Certified physician practicing traditional Internal Medicine ( Clinic and hospital medicine), for 30 years. Have transitioned from medical practice to preventive medicine, coaching clients to a healthy weight, via the Take Shape for Life Program, and educating them on the skill sets necessary to maintain their weight loss, and learn long term health habits. Also mentor health/weight-loss coaches to improve their skills at assisting clients to weight loss goals and health maintenance. The Take Shape program is a comprehensive, physician led program, focusing on reversing many medical problems via behavioral changes. Starting with achieving a healthy weight, then using a multifaceted education system including a personal health coach, printed educational materials, online materials, virtual clinic, dietitians, behavioral therapists, and webinars.
