About Jack Mosey

For over a decade, I have worked alongside healthcare executives to deliver top-line growth, reduce medical spend, and drive operational efficiencies. My expertise spans strategic planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. I have a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to senior management, driving profitability, and leading high-performing teams. After graduating from McGill University in Montreal, I held Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) and Business Development roles at UnitedHealthcare. Upon completing the full-time MBA program at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, I joined West Monroe as a Management Consultant. I am particularly passionate about talent acquisition and development efforts. As a member of the Minneapolis leadership team and operating committee at West Monroe, I made improvements to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes, served as the employee recognition lead for our office, and hosted trainings for new hires. In 2021, I received a Sequoia Award (West Monroe's top award) for mentoring the "next generation of leaders" and a track record of going above and beyond to foster learning and growth.
