About Jack Mudde

Jack is Accenture's geographic compliance and corporate - legal lead in Luxembourg, and “responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations"(RC). In this role, he oversees all corporate legal, regulatory, and AML compliance functions across the company’s affiliates. Prior to joining Accenture, Jack was head of risk, legal, and compliance at Apex Group, where he also served as a member of the executive committee and data protection officer (DPO). At TMF Group he held various senior roles, including deputy managing director, head of legal and compliance, CSSF approved "délégué à la gestion journalière," and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). His core areas of expertise include- Legal and regulatory frameworks for PSF environments (specialised and support)- Corporate compliance for both regulated and unregulated vehicles, including structured finance - AML/CFT due diligence and client acceptance processes - Risk and change management - Data protection, breach reporting, and DPO duties - Legal governance, including contract management and company secretary oversight - Project management and staff development Jack complements his professional experience with ongoing education in emerging technologies. He earned an ACAMS certification and has completed multiple courses on regulatory compliance and personal data protection. Jack is also a member of the Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers (ALCO) and its prior GDPR working group. Jack holds a Master of Laws degree (Corporate Law and Civil Law) from Erasmus University Law School and is an European Master in Law and Economics (EMLE).
