Jack Muhlstein was CEO of a small group of diversified privately held companies. The Group companies are:Golden Fortune Industries. GF is the largest manufacturer of high quality, customer specific design and finished, wooden wands, handles and Tassels, used in the making of wooden venetian blinds. Access Asia USA LLC –a solution provider for manufacturers and distributors- delivering cost effective sourcing and supply chain capabilities primarily focused on off shore supply. Currently serving a wide variety of businesses with both components and finished products, AA is principally a supplier of all types of components and finished goods, direct sourced from Asia- principally China. Sprout Capital Group LLC- Sprout is a financial services company involved with micro financing activities, business acquisitions, business consulting and general private capital activities. In 2014 a “minority” business segment was established to provide services to women owned, veteran owned and other minority owned business’ including startups and turnarounds. Jack has started, acquired, merged and sold several medium to large size business in North America, Asia and Europe over during his career. Jack has over the years been a significant supplier partner to major manufacturers, retailers, and distributors. Some of the customers include: Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, JC Penny, Hunter Douglas Group, Florida Power and Light and GE Capital.Having been honorably discharged from the US Army, Jack holds an A.A.S. degree from NYC Community College, a B.S. from Long Island University and an MBA from Baruch School, City College of NY.Jack has been a guest lecturer at Long Island University graduate school of business and also is currently a proud board member of Alphapointe for the blind.Jack lives in New Jersey with his wife of over, Linda and has one son a great daughter in law and 2 beautiful young granddaughters.
