About Jack Murray

Jack is a Manager in EY's Transactions and Corporate Finance practice focusing on clients in the manufacturing and consumer products sectors. He has over four years of technical experience assisting clients on corporate finance matters, specifically in forecasting and scenario modeling, key performance indicators (KPIs), and capital allocation. He has performed numerous valuations of business enterprises, equity investments, and various assets and liabilities for strategic planning, tax planning and reporting, and financial reporting purposes. In addition, Jack has experience performing quality of earnings (QoE) analyses for financial due diligence and assisting with transaction disputes. Prior to joining EY, Jack received a M.S. in Accountancy and B.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of North Carolina and is a member of the AICPA.
