About Jack Occleshaw

Creative, problem-solving free thinker who is always on the hunt to turn the abrupt 'no' responses you get into 'Yes', you'll find me collaborating out loud with a team or sat in the corner with Airpods in, conjuring up emails and plans. I am a huge people person and natural chatterbox (thanks to my Liverpudlian background), and after obtaining my degree from Nottingham Trent University in 2014, I naturally worked up the ranks to manage the Group Sales department within the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, whilst there - I successfully developed taking it from strength to strength, proudly increase the annual turnover into the 6 figures sum. I have been working within the Healthcare industry (SaaS) since March 2019 and it is an exciting environment allowing me to engage in conversation with Training Managers and end users/customers without the pressure of selling and instead allowing me to help create marketing plans and strategies to help drive product engagement. In June 2021, I was promoted to Marketing Executive within Wilmington Healthcare. This role allows me to use the knowledge obtained from both my degree and previous role at the company to help increase the success of the products and services that we supply, providing lead generation to our sales team and working extremely closely with the rest of the Engagement Team to improve our service. My time at Wilmington Healthcare has allowed me to learn populate software tools such as Asana, LumaFusion, Marketo, ProCreate, SalesForce & Tableau to name a few (feel free to ask me about the rest!). Other skills I have which I get to dabble with at work (both past and present) include photography, video editing, product design and journalism. Outside of work, I am an avid cinema goer, rookie baker and regularly visit the gym just down the road from me (due to trying so many of my truly awful baking concoctions).
