I am a dedicated and results-driven professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Event Management with a minor in Business Administration at Colorado State University. With hands-on experience in event planning, catering coordination, property management, and staff supervision, I have developed strong skills in organization, customer service, and leadership.In my current role as a Central Production & Catering Coordinator at CSU, I oversee large-scale catering operations, manage schedules for over 100 staff members, and coordinate complex event logistics. I excel in creating exceptional guest experiences, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless event execution. My background in the food service industry, combined with my leadership abilities, allows me to effectively manage operations and mentor teams to achieve goals.As a property manager, I successfully handle all aspects of rental property management, from advertising vacancies and negotiating leases to maintaining financial records and coordinating repairs. I am passionate about creating efficient processes and delivering excellent service in every aspect of my work.I enjoy connecting with new people and sharing ideas to broaden my perspectives.
