About Jack P Turner

I consult on economic and financial issues in complex commercial litigation and regulatory disputes, with a focus on accounting, financial economics, and the stories data can tell. My work supports attorneys and experts through discovery, deposition, and trial across industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, financial services, and technology.I have experience analyzing public disclosures, contract disputes, damages, antitrust matters, and corporate veil issues. This includes evaluating company valuations and their assumptions, assessing cost allocations, and reviewing financial forecasts.A key part of my work involves leveraging internal accounting and financial information systems to extract, structure, and analyze complex records. I use these insights to inform damages analyses, loss causation, forensic accounting, and fraud investigations.I also have extensive experience in merger litigation—supporting both government regulators and merging parties in evaluating merger efficiencies, failing firm claims, and divestiture remedies.
