About Jack Panton

I manage sales, purchases and lettings of Rural Properties for Weldon Beesly; operating from St Albans. I began practicing in 2002 so am very well versed at providing agency advice, giving insight into diversification and development opportunities and I also advise on commercial Landlord and Tenant matters. The type of properties I sell, range from Estates with multiple dwellings, land of varying acreages and further buildings; Country Residences with equestrian facilities and sites with permission for housing. Most of the properties I handle have some form of development potential and so there is often the chance to add value. In addition to this, I am a Director of an independent property development company (Douglas Forsyth Developments) and have been involved in the renovation and conversion of a number of properties in London. My current project is in St Albans, where my Company has developed a commercial property and four dwellings.
