About Jack Peirce

I am currently a clinical process technician at Asymchem and have been working as a technical operator for over six years working in GMP process and clinical profile manufacturing in the pilot plant. I am also fully trained incident first responder, and trained in the use of SCBA. I have completed a Sport Coaching Science (BS) degree, this degree helped me improve my knowledge and understanding of leading/ coaching of people. During this degree it taught me good time management with deadlines and good organisation skills. From my educational experiences in coaching and psychology, it has taught me crucial key skills. This includes working with groups of people and individuals and how to understand peoples individual learning needs and the best way to lead people to the best possible out come.
