I am a self motivated, passionate and honest professional who enjoys problem solving/troubleshooting, creating new training material and enhancing processes to ensure efficiency in what task my team or myself undertakes. Striving to achieve the best that I can deliver to all targets/deadlines with a keen eye for attention to detail. Currently I manage a team in the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments to a Government Client totalling over 700 buildings/areas across England and Wales. Currently I have a fondness for fire safety and all the encompasses and I am looking at increasing my technical knowledge within this subject matter and all other areas of facility related asset, maintenance and health and safety statutory requirements. I completed a Fire Safety Management and Risk Assessment 5 day course at the Fire Service College as well as achieving a Level 2 Foundation award in Asset Management with the IAM. I firmly believe in giving back as an individual which I express by being part of a Social Value team. Providing charities with essential funds, resources and labour as well as supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of staff with internal events.
