About Jack Phair

My choice to study Economics was originally driven by the desire to understand how modern society functions. Where there are several fields that could have helped with that such as sociology, finances, or even natural sciences. The study of humans under scarcity that economics offered felt better suited to answer the questions I had. While studying economics I found a lot of answers to the questions I originally had but also developed a new passion for statistical analysis that was introduced to me during my undergrad at Binghamton. To continue this passion I decided to pursue a masters in economics where statistical studies were emphasized. Now having completed that master's degree I hope to continue my passions at a position that focuses on researching economic policies and there effects with a focus on statistical techniques.
