About Jack Pickett

My name is Jack Andrew Pickett and I wake up every day with a burning passion to do everything in my power to make this world brighter. I believe that there is a hero in all of us, and we all have the power to make an impact. I am an extremely ambitious person and I truly believe that anything is possible with hard work, commitment and consistency. I am known to be good at motivating my peers and I want to see everyone fulfill their potential. We all are much more capable than we believe. I am currently working with SickKids Foundation as an Impact Clerk and I am thoroughly enjoying it. The impact that this foundation makes is substantial and I am so grateful to be apart of it. I am constantly reading about positive change makers and influential figures and the journey that they went through in their lives. I strive to be one of those figures and I truly want to make a huge impact while I am here. I think of a Martin Luther King quote quite often now which is;"life's most persistent and urgent question is,'what are you doing for others?'" I care about our future generations and I want to help set them up for success. I'll finish with one of my favourite quotes:"The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do."
