Hey! I’m Jack, a creative leader with a passion for people, storytelling, and building meaningful experiences (both in and out of the workplace). My career has taken a uniquely winding path! From teaching in classrooms and making chocolate at Cadbury World, to leading high-performing teams and building employer brands at Explore Learning. Every step has added a new skill to my toolkit and shaped the empathetic, bold, and solution-focused professional I am today. I thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments where ideas are welcome and every day brings a new challenge. Whether I’m leading recruitment strategy, crafting authentic content, managing projects or delivering outstanding customer experiences, I’m always looking for ways to bring creativity, structure and a bit of sparkle to everything I do. Known for my hands-on leadership style, I love empowering people, building community, and creating safe spaces where everyone feels seen and supported. Do I just manage teams? Never. I inspire them! Outside of work, you’ll probably find me baking sourdough from my beloved starter (truly my most loyal colleague), lifting weights to clear my head, or getting lost in a good video game storyline.
