Actuary | Entrepreneur | RecruiterAs a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, I currently serve as a Micro-Market Business Finance Officer within The Cigna Group's Medicare Advantage business and an active member in The Cigna Group’s Actuarial Executive Development Program (AEDP). My AEDP involvement expands to talent acquisition responsibilities as I currently serve as an AEDP Recruiting Channel Lead, where I oversee roughly a third of our talent acquisition process. In this role, I have found a strong passion for leading recruiting teams, driving strong execution towards organizational goals, and mentoring students. In addition to my actuarial career, I am the proud founder of a local coffee shop in Tuscaloosa, AL, where I brought a blend of business acumen and community spirit to create a welcoming space for everyone. My entrepreneurial journey has deepened my understanding of business operations, strategy, and relationship building. As a Nashville native, I enjoy engaging in local initiatives and fostering connections that enrich both my professional and personal life.
