Senior Building Surveyor at Summers-Inman, based in Newcastle upon Tyne. I have over ten years’ experience within the profession, having worked extensively with both domestic and commercial clients. I possess a strong skillset in numerous roles including design, defect diagnosis, advice on building maintenance, repair, refurbishment and restoration. I provide efficient project management and contract administrator services to a range of clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget to a high standard. I regularly deliver projects from inception to completion to give clients a comprehensive service, which satisfies their original brief. Working as part of a team within a multi-disciplinary office, I am also responsible for providing supervision and guidance to junior and graduate surveyors. This allows efficient utilisation of an effective team, to consistently fulfil client requirements.
