I’m currently studying a Masters in Biomedical Science at the University of Birmingham. Throughout my studies, I have proactively selected modules that align with my interests, allowing me to attain greater knowledge and experience in immunology and the research of novel cancer treatments. In parallel with my academic studies, I have gained valuable experience as a part-time Medical Laboratory Assistant at Frimley Park Hospital. Working within the Microbiology department of Pathology, I have developed hands-on expertise in handling medical specimens for diagnostic and treatment purposes related to pathogenic infections. This role has not only honed my technical skills but also instilled in me the importance of precision, accuracy, and teamwork in a healthcare environment.I have additionally been engaged in business development and administration, part-time for the last three years at Q8 Aviation, a prominent aviation fuel company with a specialism in Sustainable Air Fuel. This experience has provided me with a unique blend of skills, including proficient use of Microsoft platforms and proficiency in web development software like WordPress.
