With over twenty years of practice focused on intellectual property law, Jack has significant experience across the IP spectrum. From litigating complex IP matters, to setting up brand protection programs, to working closely with business stakeholders and legal colleagues to shape global IP portfolios, Jack’s IP experience is deep and broad. Jack has led in-house legal teams and worked closely with outside counsel to develop and implement strategies to protect and defend the IP of Fortune 100 brands like Nike and Sony PlayStation as well as smaller brands and start-ups. Jack is committed to pro bono legal advocacy. In addition to representing clients in political asylum/immigration matters, Jack served in a leadership role on Nike’s Pro Bono committee, working to pilot a program partnering with the National Veterans Legal Services Program to assist veterans in securing Combat Related Special Compensation. Jack is also proud to have coached the Southridge High School Mock Trial Team, including during their 2020 State Championship season.
