About Jack Simon

Founder, product manager, and technical generalist with demonstrated experience building multi-agent systems, hardware, and generative biology pipelines. Experienced in operations, leadership and driving products from research to production at the frontiers of multiple fields. I served as the first technical hire at Ellerra, leading engineering and product development for multi-agent systems capable of long-range sequential decision-making, reasoning, and multi-step problem-solving. Before Ellerra, I co-founded Metior to develop edge-deployed operating systems for fusion, fission, and carbon-capture reactors, combining large language models, computer vision, and distributed edge GPUs. Metior was recognized by Berkeley STeP, NSF Regional I-Corps, and resulted in two provisional patents. On nights and weekends, I build agent-based systems with applications to immuno-oncology and generative protein design. Notably, I developed a Model Context Protocol server that translates plain-English instructions into mutant-specific CAR-T scFv design scripts, and architected a diffusion-based T-cell engager pipeline that has generated over 40 mutant-specific T-cell engager libraries to clinically-relevant targets like FGFR2b S252W/P253R and ERBB2 S310F. I have built agentic systems for miniprotein dimer inhibitor and enzyme scaffold design, and developed a mutant-topology analysis tool that integrates MDTraj, fpocket, contact mapping, and LLM-based reasoning for structural understanding. Across these projects, I have repeatedly leveraged advanced multi-agent architectures and custom benchmarking frameworks.
