About Jack Snedigar

Jack studied at the University of Tennessee and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1975. Prior to graduation he started a real estate and construction company. He moved to Greenville, SC in 1979 to go to work for a development and construction company. When Insignia Financial Group purchased the assets of U.S. Shelter Corporation Jack was retained as the Senior Asset Manager. He was an integral part of the team that carried out the acquisition strategy that grew the portfolio to over apartment units and 5 million square feet of commercial space nationwide. Jack left Insignia Financial Group and joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate, C. Dan Joyner Co. in 1998 as a Real Estate Broker where he advanced from “Rookie of the Year” in 1998 to the “Chairman’s Circle Gold level in 2006. The Gold level represents the top 5% of Prudential agents nationwide. He was also a member of the Prudential Leading Edge Society and the President’s Circle. Jack is an avid golfer, water skier, and a supporter of The University of Tennessee and is Treasurer of the Upstate Chapter of the Alumni Association. He participates in numerous charity events each year. He lives in Greenville with his wife Kathy and has two grown sons, Scott & Todd both living in Greenville. Jack’s newest venture is the launch of Spectrum Commercial Properties & working with his oldest son Scott. In addition to this commercial brokerage company, he also has started Spectrum Commercial Property Management and Spectrum Commercial Development. These companies served Kent’s company, Kent Worldwide Development through mid 2016, as well as third party clients since its inception.
