With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a senior property executive at CBM Pte Ltd, a leading property and hotel conglomerate in Singapore. I am responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the properties under my portfolio, including facilities and maintenance, leasing and housekeeping, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with safety and building regulations. I also establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and contractors, and conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep the properties in top condition. I have a proven track record of achieving high occupancy rates and resolving tenant complaints in a timely and professional manner. Prior to joining CBM Pte Ltd, I worked with C&W Services as a managing agent for the retail space at NG Teng Fong General Hospital, where I excelled by attaining 98% occupancy in the retail space. I have also acquired skills and credentials in digital marketing and valuation, which enable me to market and manage the properties effectively and competitively.
