I am a Training Manager for Topgolf Callaway Brands currently located at our Topgolf Burlingame venue where I am tasked with overseeing our training department, working with my leadership team to make sure all 500+ of our playmakers are completely trained in their area of responsibility, creating standard operating procedures to improve the player and playmaker experience and create the healthy and encouraging workplace culture that Topgolf strives to provide for all their playmakers. In addition to management, I was also a part of Topgolf's New Venue Openings Team as a company trainer where I traveled the nation helping multiple venues hire 400+ full time and part time playmakers, run and facilitate all steps of service classes and mock services, and support the venues management team as we coach them on how to create moments that matter for all their players in their community.
