About Jack Sullivan

As a stagehand at House of Blues Boston and List D for IATSE Local 11, I have gained valuable experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining sound, lighting, and video equipment for live concerts and events. I have worked with diverse artists and crews, demonstrating my versatility, adaptability, and teamwork skills. I am an audio engineer for the House of Blues Restaurant and Foundation Room, utilizing a Behringer X32 Digitial Mixer. In addition, I have applied my passion and knowledge of music technology as an A1 audio and duplication engineer for DiscLive Network, touring with Matchbox 20 on the Slow Dream Tour 2023. I have been responsible for recording, mixing, and producing live CDs for the fans, using Pro Tools and other software. I have also learned how to handle the challenges and demands of working on the road, such as tight deadlines, variable venues, and unpredictable situations. I am finishing my Bachelor of Science in April 2025 at Northeastern University, majoring in Music with Concentration in Music Industry and minoring in Music Recording and Theatrical Design. I am eager to learn more about the music business, the creative process, and the technical aspects of audio and stage production, and expand my network and opportunities in the industry. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, and have experience with setting up and miking for studio recordings.
