About Jack Tai

Being a Chef is my purpose and passion and I take pride in being able to provide happiness to people through what I cook and for me to meet the expectations of this evolving world, I am continuously looking for opportunities where I can widen my knowledge in culinary and skills. To understand more cuisines and innovations, apart from what is familiar to me and be able to offer them. I also take pride in being able to pass down my knowledge to the ones stepping into the culinary world. Being a good leader is important to me as I would not be where I am today if it were not for my previous leaders. People Management is one of the most important skills that I find is necessary not only to myself as a person but to others that are climbing up the ladder. Secondly, from my serious point of view, I feel that the market has changed a lot, and being a management chef requires not only cooking skills but also technology, management knowledge and leadership experience. I’ve been diving deep into how to use data to plan and create future initiatives and manage as the company grows. Analyzing data is my second strongest skill in my executive career.
