I'm a highly motivated individual passionate about leveraging technology to streamline processes and drive results. In my current role at Vatix, I've been fortunate enough to work with a talented team across various departments, including product management, operations, customer success, sales, and software testing. I have experience using a variety of software applications, including Salesforce, Tableau, Recurly, Twilio, Slack, Aircall, Red Panda, Notion, Asana, and Microsoft 365 (with a focus on Excel). This has allowed me to develop strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to quickly learn and utilise new tools as needed. Being given the privilege. I have also done User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and have experience testing mobile apps on both iOS and Android. By collaborating closely with developers, I've been able to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet the needs of the organisation. In addition to my work with software development, I've also created dashboards using Geckoboard to display key information for other members of the organisation. I've created an automated stock management sheet using Excel, which has been integrated with Salesforce to allow for a streamlined system and remove the need for manual stock counts. I've improved several processes within the company, such as an offboarding process, shipping process, and troubleshooting process. I've also improved response times with customers to under 24 hours. Throughout my time at Vatix, I've been able to work with the Software Developers and providing feedback on certain areas of the Web applications. I have also communicated regularly with suppliers and customers, discussing new features for our products and offering exceptional support. I'm a highly skilled communicator with excellent customer service skills, and I've developed strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. I'm excited to continue using my skills and experience to drive success in any role I take on.
