About Jack Terrington

After my BEng in Aerospace Engineering, I have been working as a production engineer in the dental/medical industry. This role has varied from mechanical or maintenance engineering on CNC machines, to product development, PPAP and DFM. I work with both local suppliers of ours and international customers alike. I have predominantly focused on cutting tool design and manufacture; helping the business develop and grow its 'digital dental' area. Working on the productionisation of this new area, I was able to increase output ability by 10x, allowing us to keep up with demand. I then personally trained the staff to run this section, including new engineers. Since then I have worked on ISO compliance, V&V and various continuous improvement projects across the business. I believe I am a fast learner, and always ready for new challenges. I'm keen on improving things for the better, whether that's for process improvement, cost savings or employee benefits. I am eager to develop my skills across engineering, and always open to training and new opportunities.
