I am passionate about Canada becoming a nation where everyone can discover and live from their strengths, uplifting themselves and their communities. Over the past years, I have led our organization to help individuals, especially youth, uncover their strengths and realize the greatness within them. Recognizing that it takes a community to raise a child, we also work to build the strengths of adults and leaders who influence youth.Since 1994, our HEROES series of programs (HEROES, HEROES2, HEROES at Home, LEGENDS (HEROES for Leaders), and Indigenous Leadership & Development) have empowered over youth and adults to discover their gifts and live with purpose and significance. Services:Employment Training & Mentorship: Comprehensive programs covering both technical and essential soft skills like confidence, decision-making, communication, leadership, teamwork, and relationship development.Entrepreneurship Training & Mentorship: Resources and guidance for Indigenous individuals looking to start or grow their own businesses.Youth Worker Training & Mentorship: Practical skills and tools for community youth workers to enable them to effectively encourage, train, and mentor young people.Leadership: Program support for individuals aspiring to attain management or leadership roles or enhance their departments or organizations' outcomes.
