I’m a Commercial Field Adjuster at Aviva, handling high-value and complex claims. The role involves- Conduct site inspections to assess damage, identify solutions, and validate repair scopes- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders including clients, brokers, contractors, and internal teams- Produce detailed reports with damage assessments, repair recommendations, and cost estimates- Negotiate settlements by providing coverage rationale to achieve fair and efficient claim resolutions. Previously, I was a Genset Systems/Product Integration Engineer at Cummins Power Systems. My responsibilities include- Designed and integrated diesel generator systems to meet client specifications- Conducted performance testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis- Created technical documentation to support installations and maintenance- Collaborated with clients and teams to deliver customized power solutions. I enjoy building PCs, travelling, and photography in my free time. PC building keeps me up to date with the latest hardware while helping me develop new skills like CAD, coding, and editing. Travelling broadens my perspective by experiencing different cultures and cuisines, while photography allows me to capture these experiences and preserve these moments.
