I have worked in IT support for nearly a decade, working primarily with Commercial Windows and Unix based (CentOS, Ubuntu, MacOS) Systems, more recently moving my focus to supporting the Ivanti ITSM Toolset and the ServiceNow Platform, I am currently working as an ITSM Specialist at the award winning LittleFish. Accomplished at troubleshooting hardware and software issues on a range of Operating systems, I have provided first line support internally and second line on Windows based endpoint installs while working for a leading IT security reseller, being part of a small team supporting a variety of products. I am certified in Sophos Solutions and apt at troubleshooting issues with Anti-virus, Encryption and Web and Email filtering provided by this vendor, giving me a working knowledge and understanding of other equivalent systems. During my time working in technical support, I have gained practical hardware engineering experience and a broad knowledge of popular software applications. While working at ARM I have gained a good understanding of the use of network deployment tools, including the set up and implementation of MDT\WDS. I enjoy working alongside people and building a healthy rapport with customers and colleagues, explaining the causes of issues and the most effective way to use products, in a way that allows them to benefit the most from the support provided. A hard worker, comfortable with multiple workloads and deadlines, working unsupervised with confidence and apt at prioritising workload when working to SLAs and with CRM and ITSM systems, I am a fast learner eager to learn new skills.
