I'm very proud to be part of Joseph's/Candler where we achieved a 5th consecutive ANCC Magnet Designation for Excellence in Nursing Services and Patient Care in 2021. Hi I'm a results / outcomes oriented Six Sigma Yellow Belt. AONE / AACN Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML). I have worked as staff nurse, charge nurse, nurse manager, nursing supervisor, nurse case manager, Staffing consultant, nurse preceptor, nurse mentor and nursing productivity coordinator. I have held Bedside Nurse, Supervisory and Management roles. My experience includes critical care, hospital safety, education, joint commission readiness, shared governance, patient satisfaction, time and attendance/staffing and scheduling, strategic planning, budgets and emergency management. I have lead several change projects for improved workforce management as business-productivity coordinator and leader for TASS (Time-Attendance/Staffing-Scheduling) Steering Committee. As Manager of Clinical Operations I advance TASS best practices through daily task completion, to lead transition to a centralized staffing model and optimize use of API Staffing and Scheduling application. Within my purview is clinical oversight for central nurse staffing, patient placement, and patient transport services.
