Jack Whalen has been one of the most successful and prominent commercial real estate broker in Southern California since 1985. Prior to his Real Estate career, he attended and graduated from University of Southern California, and upon graduation joined Deloitte Haskins & Sells as a Certified Public Accountant, where he was employed for nearly a decade. Jack’s breadth and depth of experience in the market are the direct result of his concentrated focus on assisting property owners with leasing, sale and acquisition of industrial real estate throughout Southern California. He has earned a reputation as a market expert with his clients who include major corporations and institutional owners, as well as small business throughout the region. He proudly holds one of the most respected designations with the Commercial Real Estate Industry – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (“SIOR”). This is a distinction that less than one percent (1%) of all national Commercial Real Estate practitioners hold. A firm believer in collaboration, Jack has also developed strategic relationships with experts in finance, appraisal, architecture, construction and materials handling to bring their collective expertise together in the interest of his clients.
