About Jack Whitehead

I graduated from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business with a degree in Management Information Systems in May 2023. My most recent work experience was as a Retention and Data Specialist at the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Engagement at Iowa State University, where I formulated monthly retention reports across the community using data from hundreds of exiting member surveys. I have strong attention to detail, data analysis, and communication skills.As a Retention and Data Specialist, I also compiled, entered, and reviewed all weekly sorority and fraternity student database requests, and supported the administrative full-time office staff members with department-based projects and tasks. I greeted visitors and university personnel in person, by phone, or via electronic media regarding membership updates, department inquiries, and general personnel requests. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I am motivated by the opportunity to use data to improve student engagement and retention. I can bring a fresh and innovative perspective to data-driven projects, and I am eager to learn from and collaborate with others in the field.
