I am a "seasoned" Executive Manger having worked in a wide range of environments predominantly in health. I am passionate about getting it right for the consumer and unravelling the challenges that can make health complex. My strengths are innovation and thinking always how can we do this better. I like to eliminate the difficult practices and processes which make life hard and focus on the end goal. My strategy of always looking up and out mean I can enable staff and let them be their best selves. Having been a General Manager & Director I'm capable financially, have great people skills, big on negotiations and contract management, big on leadership and structure with predictable consequences and I'm a decision maker. I will make the plan in collaboration with others, and then will make it happen! I can create the strategy, deliver the vision and implement the change while taking the team with me.
