About Jacki Keogh

An aspirational and creative primary practitioner and senior leader, I am committed to every child being given every opportunity to thrive, personally and academically, in ways that positively impact their current and future lives - and ensure they achieve their maximum potential. A strategic understanding of school improvement, up to and including at Headship level, is integral to the work I do. I have first-hand insight of the ever-changing demands and priorities of schools, and recognise the importance of working flexibly and collaboratively. With a secure knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum; pedagogy and assessment, I'm an effective and approachable communicator, able to work with others to enhance and strengthen practice. I help others to identify and recognise their strengths, through mentoring and coaching. I aim to empower adults to reflect on their own teaching, introduce and support implementation of new and effective (research-based) strategies and pedagogy.
