With a background in Kinesiology from Western University, I have recently completed a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) at the University of Toronto. My journey has been fuelled by my passion for physical activity and the intricate mind-body connection. As an avid skier, hiker, cycler and golfer, I am deeply passionate about the outdoors and I find great joy in inspiring and educating others about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Sharing my enthusiasm for human movement and advocating for its benefits is a fundamental element of my philosophy. With strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, coupled with a growth mindset, I am committed to lifelong learning and making a positive impact in the realm of physical therapy.
