About Jackie Bauer

As the current Todd County Coordinator, I am dedicated to serving all residents in Todd County, where the Forest Meets The Prairie. With a robust background in leadership, I bring extensive experience in budget management, human resources, and multi-department management. I efficiently manage the daily operations of our county government, ensuring smooth execution of various projects and programs. My role encompasses developing and reviewing project plans, assessing and overseeing budgets, implementing diverse programs, and managing a dedicated team. Additionally, I actively participate in community events to stay connected with the residents I serve. Beyond my current position, I have a strong foundation in higher education and community service. My experience spans across Career Services, Admissions, Academic Advising, and Rehabilitation Services. I have also contributed to local governance as a Township Clerk and Head Election Judge. As a former Minnesota Association of Township Trainer, I am committed to empowering local officials with the knowledge and skills they need. I also share my expertise through part-time teaching at St. Cloud State University, where I enjoy presenting to both small and large groups on topics related to career development and township governance. I am passionate about fostering community engagement and development, leveraging my diverse skills and experiences to make a positive impact in Todd County.
