As a highly dedicated and self-motivated professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry, I have a strong background in managing and maintaining complex infrastructure environments. My diverse skill set includes Windows Active Directory, Windows, file share security, Scripting, SQL server, Oracle, SAN, Backup and Recovery tools (Networker, Veeam, ArcServe, Netapp), VMWARE, AWS, and Azure management Currently, I serve as the Manager of Information Technology at ICON plc, where I am responsible for managing the Backup and Storage group of the company. In my previous role as a Sr. Systems Engineer at PRA Health Sciences, I successfully managed and maintained the backup infrastructure, deployed policies leveraging AWS infrastructure including deploying EC2, MongoDB, IAM-AzureAD integration, S3 buckets, and BLOB storage as well as managed the file folder and AD security structure. Along with my professional experience, I hold a degree as a Computer Systems Analyst from Algonquin College of Applied Arts, and I am a certified Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS CSA, and Backup Recovery Associate (EMCBA) from Dell EMC and previously certified as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and VMware Certified Professional 6. I am very detail-oriented and highly organized individual, with excellent communication and leadership skills. My passion for technology and my ability to adapt to change make me a valuable asset to any team. I have a proven track record of troubleshooting, and I welcome the challenges that come with it.
